To help ensure that scheduled therapists and therapy rooms are prepared on time:

• Arrival Time: Guests are requested to report at reception 10–15 minutes before their reserved session slot.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a reduced session duration where necessary to avoid disruption to subsequent bookings.
• Rescheduling Notice: Cancellation or slot changes should be notified at least 2 hours in advance.

Golden Door Spa & Salon provides professional wellness and relaxation services and expects every guest to maintain respectful behaviour toward staff, therapists and other guests.

The following terms apply to memberships, promotional vouchers and custom wellness packages where applicable:

• Multi-City Access: Select premium packages may be redeemed across participating city centers subject to applicable package terms and prior notice.
• Non-Transferable: Membership accounts and session coupons are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the applicable package terms.
• Validity Period: Packages and vouchers must be used within their specified validity period.
